I hope the Texans take CB Josh Norman with their 2nd rd. pick (if he’s available). He tore it up at both the East-West Shrine and Senior Bowl practices/workouts.
Norman wasn’t at the Senior bowl. But by all accounts he was the best player at the East-West Shrine game.
