NFL Draft Interview | Emanuel Davis East Carolina

Davis is a solid cover corner from East Carolina. Is one of those players you would have liked to see what he could bring against top level competitions. Will have the chance to shine in predraft workouts, will be a name that you could hear more and more of as draft day approaches.

DraftSeason: Best overall apsect of your game?
Emanuel Davis: My best aspect of my game is my physicality, always willing to hit.

DraftSeason: What has been your greatest accomplishment during your time at East Carolina?
Emanuel Davis:
My greatest accomplishment at east Carolina is the fact that I was able to get a degree and manage my time to also be mentioned for the NFL.

DraftSeason: What do you feel you need to improve on the most before showcasing your talents in workouts prior to the NFL Draft?
Emanuel Davis: The biggest thing I think I have to work on before NFL workouts is being a technically sound cornerback. I have never played this position before college so I don’t know as much of the technical position work

DraftSeason: How do you feel you stack up against the other top corners in the NFL Draft?
Emanuel Davis:
I feel I stack up very well with the other corners in the draft this year because coming from a smaller school you tend to play with a chip on your shoulder and never take a day off.

DraftSeason: What are your plans in the coming months leading up to the draft?
Emanuel Davis:
My plans leading up to the draft is to get myself in the best condition I possibly can and just learn as much from the coaches and trainers I surround myself with

DraftSeason: Although very early, what is your number 1 goal come draft day?
Emanuel Davis:
My number one goal on draft day is to be drafted and over-achieve in every aspect.

DraftSeason: Finally, which current NFL receiver are you most looking forward to facing?
Emanuel Davis:
The one reciever I am looking forward to covering in the NFL would be megatron(Calvin Johnson) because he is the one receiver that everyone has the biggest challenge with.
