Lups Round 3 (Picks 65-81)

65. Indinapolis Colts – Jared Crick DE, Nebraska
The Colts need pieces for their 3-4 and are very happy to see Crick on the board.

66. St. Louis Rams - Zebrie Sanders OT, FSU
The Rams resigned piss bum Jason Brown but could cut ties after selecting the Zebra.

67. Minnesota Vikings – Mohamed Sanu WR, Rutgers
The Vikings have got to give Mr. Ponder a few more targets to throw to.  Sanu is a find here in the third.

68. Cleveland Browns - Mitchell Schwartz OT, CAL
The Browns go offense for the 4th straight time getting a man to lock down the right side of their line.

69. Tampa Bay Bucs – Bobby Wagner LB, Utah St.
The Bucs tried to land Curtis Lofton but failed.  Wagner is a talented backer who should live up to his third round billing in year one.

70. Washington Redskins – Brandon Brooks G, Miami Ohio
The Skins need help at guard and get this giant mauling squatch from the other Miami.

71. Jacksonville Jaguars – Brandon Boykin CB, Georgia
The Jags secondary needs an infusion of talent and they feel fortunate to find a fine corner on the board.

72. Buffalo Bills - Dwayne Allen TE, Clemson
The Bills like Scott Chandler in the endzone but they’ll find Dwayne can be a viable option anywhere on the field.

73. Miami Dolphins - Chris Givens WR, Wake Forest
The Phins could use more weapons in the passing game and Givens is one of the best route runners in this class.

74. Miami Dolphins (from Chicago From Carolina) - James Brown G, Troy
The Phins take a guard here and now move John Jerry to right tackle and suddenly their offensive line looks damned formidable.

75. Kansas City Chiefs - Josh Chapman NT, Alabama
The Chiefs need a nose and take this behemoth from Bama to anchor their defensive line.

76. Seattle Seahawks - Isaiah Pead RB, Cincinnati
The Seahawks gave Lynch a fat contract extension but he isn’t getting any younger.  Pead has great speed and vision and will give them a compliment to Beast Mode that opposing teams will have to actually worry about.

77. Houston Texans (from Philadelphia) – Bruce Irvin OLB, West Virginia
Don’t know if you’ve heard or not but Mario Williams signed with Buffalo so some more pass rushers are needed in Houston even if they have some character issues.

78. New York Jets - Nick Toon WR, Wisconsin
The Jets give Tim Sanchez another target to throw to.

79. Oakland Raiders – Terelle Pryor QB, Ohio St.
Raiders used this pick last summer, and their fans wish they hadn’t.

80. San Diego Chargers - Jayron Hosley CB, Va. Tech
The Chargers get one of the best ball hawking corners in the draft, and one of my personal faves.

81. Chicago Bears - Orson Charles TE, Georgia
The Bears have Mike Tice as their O.C. now and he’ll want to get a nice pass catching TE in the fold.
