He will likely produce well this year behind the up and coming duo (assuming Stephen Pae steps up his game this year due to his likely larger role with the release of Anthony Adams) of Henry Melton & Stephen Pae. Henry Melton will likely break out this season & earn himself another contract with the Bears. If Melton & Pae step up Urlacher could still be a competent middle linebacker for a few more years.
