2012 NFL Draft Team Needs | AFC North

Pre Free Agency Team Needs of AFC North

Baltimore Ravens- MLB, LT, S
MLB-Little known fact: this season Ray Lewis will actually be starting his 1,765th consecutive NFL game. That’s a joke, but they need to find his replacement because we all know he won’t last forever.
LT-Bryant McKinnie is not the long term answer at LT, and playing against some of the leagues best pass rushers requires youth and talent on the line.
S- Copy and paste MLB reasoning, replace Ray Lewis with Ed Reed.

Cincinnati Bengals- RB, OG, CB
RB-Benson keeps criticizing the Bengals offense, and they probably don’t want him back anyway. A strong rusher would do wonders for Andy Dalton.
OG- Free agency will hit this position group hard with 3 FAs.
CB -The Bengals defense was stunning early but an injury in the back seven explosed their depth issues.

Cleveland Browns- QB, WR, RB
QB- The Browns need a franchise QB to build around because right now that offense has no play-makers.
WR- The WR position is a glaring need as well,  and the Browns need some explosion on the outside.
RB-This year with Hillis didn’t work out like the Browns planned so they will probably move on leaving Hardesty as the starter.

Pittsburg Steelers- OL, NT, DB
OL-The Steelers can either address OL this year or they can address QB in 3.
NT-Casey Hampton ended his season with injuries and while he has been one of the best NTs in the league, it is time to find his replacement
DB-Either safety of corner needs to be addressed. Troy has become a little bit injury prone and the cornerbacks are not up to par with what the Steelers need to run their blitz heavy defense.
